Video chat - pay per minute

Description: We are using urban template.
We need to change payment model for video chat feature.
Currently user pay certain amount of credits just to start video chat.
We want to make it on the pay-per-minute basis.
Example - the user who initiate the video chat, pay 5 credits for 1 minute (we should be able to change the pricing).
